20 highly qualified and experienced R&D engineers and technicians. All of our product will be inspected strictly by our QC.
B: In case of delayed delivery, except for more majeure cases, the Sellers shall pay to the Buyer
for every work day of delay a penalty amounting to 0.8% of the total value of goods whose delivery
has been delayed.


Q: What is the delivery term?
A: Our delivery time will be within 2 workdays after receipt of balance.
Q: If there is any quality problem, what is the replacement or repair procedure?
A: In case the Sellers are liable for the discrepancies and a claim is made by the Buyers, We agree to the rejection of the goods and refund to the Buyers the value of the goods within the period of claim or quality guarantee period.
Q: Do you need to charge sample fee?
A: Yes, It is our company's policy.
